Introduction
This one-pan lemon garlic chicken is a quick, flavorful dinner perfect for busy weeknights. Serve it with rice or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
Ingredients:
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Season chicken with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits.
4. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
