Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Introduction

Start your day with these light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes. Easy to whip up and incredibly satisfying, they’re a breakfast classic everyone loves.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp baking soda

• ½ tsp salt

• 2 cups buttermilk

• 2 large eggs

• ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.

3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just blended (lumps are okay).

4. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.

5. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden brown. Serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
